PHYSICAL EDUCATION RESOURCES

We have pulled together a list of approved physical activity programmes to help schools, pupils and their families stay active and help keep their physical and mental health in check during this challenging time. Remember that the Government recommendation is for 5 - 18 year old to take part in at least sixty minutes of physical activity per day.
